Delivery & returns

1. Delivery

Below you will find an overview of relevant delivery information such as price, courier, delivery time, and info about day-to-day delivery.

When your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package until it is delivered.

1.1 Order and get your order dispatched the same day

When you order before 1:30 PM on weekdays Monday – Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day.

The delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Deliveries to UK + Ireland can take up to 5-7 days to be delivered.

1.2 Price and free shipping option

The delivery price is 15 EUR regardless of whether you choose home delivery, business delivery, or delivery to a parcel shop.

Free shipping: we offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase of 160 EUR.

1.3 Shipping to UK, Ireland & Norway

We do not offer free shipping to UK, Ireland & Norway. The delivery price is 15 EUR on orders above 160 EUR. Otherwise shipping price is 25 EUR.

1.4 Courier (GLS & UPS)

We use GLS & UPS for our shipments, and you can choose to have your order delivered to your home, your business address, or a parcel shop. You can freely choose between the delivery types. Some countries can only choose between GLS or UPS and not both couriers.

1.5 We ship to following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & United Kingdom.

2. Returns

Below you will find information about returns, return policy, return costs, and refunds.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we received your return order. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

2.1 Return and right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw your purchase and return your order to us without justification. We offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods.

If you have ordered multiple items that we cannot deliver simultaneously, the return period runs from the day you receive your last item. If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

If you order to a parcel shop but fail to pick it up within the deadline, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

 2.2 Return and costs

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send the item to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you received your goods.

In your package, we include a return label that you can choose to use. It costs 10 EUR to use the included return label, and we will deduct the price of the return label from the amount you are refunded for your items.

Ensure that the items are securely packed when you return them. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive them. Please keep a receipt for the return and tracking information.

You are welcome to handle the return yourself and choose the courier you want. It is not a requirement for us that you use the included return label.

2.3 Returns from UK, Ireland & Norway

It costs 20 EUR to use the included return label from UK, Ireland & Norway and we will deduct the price of the return laben from the amount you are refunded for your items.

Trying out an item and packaging

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the item as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and the way it functions.

You may normally examine an item in the same way that you would in the store. But you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you may not or in a way that you are not able to do in a store and we cannot sell it again for its full price, you may expect that we deduct the depreciation value from the amount you shall have refunded. If the item no longer has sale value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

Any item must be returned in its original packaging. You should also ensure that an item has been carefully packaged when you return it. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, save any postal receipts and any track and trace number.

Complaints – if there is something wrong with an item

As a consumer, you have a right to complain for a period of 24 months. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain promptly you have the initial right to have the item repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time, you may have your money refunded or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the circumstances.

A defect is, for example, a defect in manufacture or materials or incorrect information about the item. But ordinary wear and tear or damage to the item caused by you, is not a defect. If you discover a defect, then you must submit a complaint to us “within a reasonable period of time”. We recommend that you complain as quickly as possible, especially if the damage has been caused by transport.

However, if you complain within two months of having discovered the defect, this is still a reasonable period of time. If the complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable and necessary carriage costs.

But if you believe that the item has a defect, then please supply us with as many details as possible about what the problem is.

Please, take note that a returned item must always be in proper packaging and you must obtain a receipt of its shipment. Save postal receipts, including information about carriage costs and any track and trace number.

Complaints process

Should you wish to make a complaint related to an item you have purchased from us, you can submit said complaint to Center of Complaints, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can also submit a complaint to the Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if, as a consumer, you are resident in another EU country. Complaints may be submitted via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When you submit a complaint, you must also supply our email address: kundeservice@hscph.dk
