Human & labour rights
We consider respect for human and labour rights a fundamental principle throughout our supply chain. We do not accept forced labour, child labour, discrimination, harassment, or any form of abuse. We are committed to ensuring that all workers are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, nationality, or background. Workers have the freedom to freely choose and join a trade union of their own choice and to engage in collective bargaining. We expect our partners to share this commitment by actively protecting workers’ rights and ensuring that employment is freely chosen and carried out under fair and lawful conditions.
Responsible Production and Environment
Responsible production is a core value at HSCPH. We actively work to reduce our environmental impact by using water and energy responsibly, using renewable energy where possible, and working in line with strict EU regulations on chemicals and materials. Waste is minimized, responsibly managed, and reused or recycled whenever possible. We believe that transparency, proper documentation, and continuous improvement are central to responsible resource use and lower-impact production practices.
A big part of our products is made from natural fibres. We carefully select suppliers who are committed to reducing water consumption and avoiding the use of harmful pesticides. To protect both people and planet from harmful or allergenic substances, all materials are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I.
Working Conditions
We believe that safe, healthy, and fair working conditions are a fundamental right and a basic requirement for doing business responsibly. Throughout our supply chain, all employees must be treated with respect and work in secure and hygienic environments with access to clean drinking water, proper sanitary facilities, appropriate safety equipment, and regular health and safety training. Working hours, wages, and leave must always comply with local laws and regulations, and overtime must be voluntary.
